What we collect

We do not collect personal data through this website: it has no forms, accounts, newsletter or analytics. We only receive what you choose to send us by email, such as your name, email address, travel dates and number of guests.

Purpose, legal basis and retention

We use your email to answer your inquiry and, if you book, to prepare and carry out the charter. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and, for legal duties such as accounting, Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR. We keep correspondence only as long as needed for these purposes and then delete it.

Who receives your data

We do not sell your data. Your inquiry may be passed on to the yacht owner or our charter partner Ultra Sailing, only as far as needed to arrange your booking. The website is delivered through Cloudflare, which as a technical service provider processes connection data such as the IP address to deliver and protect the site.

Cookies and external content

This site uses only the essential cookies described in our cookie policy. The film on the home page is loaded from YouTube only after you press play. Links to YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and Google Maps lead to those services, which have their own privacy policies.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction, deletion or restriction of your data, object to processing, and ask for data portability. Write to the email address above. You can also complain to the Croatian data protection authority (AZOP, azop.hr).
